1:1 and Small Groups
I support changemakers, socially conscious leaders, therapists, healers, and individuals seeking nourishment and wellness so they can pursue their purpose and improve their effectiveness without sacrificing themselves and their relationships. I empower my clients to understand and apply their emotions as a guide for their words and actions. My goal is to create psychologically safe spaces where people can connect as their whole selves.
Working Together
My signature offering, Chrysalis Collective, is an 8-9 month, intimate group experience that welcomes people who feel passionate about social injustice to grieve, celebrate, and create sustainable pathways to resilience and action. A collective centering the experiences and needs of BIPOC women, Chrysalis Collective provides a safe space that nurtures and protects members’ wellbeing through an integration of coaching, training, reflection, and community. As they transform with confidence, joy, and readiness, members shine their brilliance onto the world without sacrificing themselves along the way.
I am passionate about helping changemakers recognize the importance of caring for themselves so they can sustain the impact of their work. While the primary way I do this is through Chrysalis, in unique circumstances I also offer one-on-one coaching to help clients integrate self-compassion with leading and serving others so they can pursue sustainable success.
As a licensed psychologist, I support people experiencing a wide range of presenting issues and life concerns. My approach focuses on people’s inherent strengths and resilience rather than on pathologizing based on challenges. My practice prioritizes multicultural awareness and sensitivity, honest interpersonal feedback, and provides a balance of support and challenge - so that clients can grow and thrive in all areas of their lives.
An online, self-guided package with 3 of my (and my clients’!) favorite tools for calm, re-centering, and recovering from emotional depletion. These curated strategies are chosen to help you go from ”I-can’t-take-one-more-thing” to a calm, centered, cared for, and “I can recover my balance no matter what comes my way” kind of confidence.
